Docbro Properties is the property letting and development arm of the group. At Docbro Properties we develop and let commercial, residential, and office accommodation.

We have an in house team that carries out all our developments from inception to completion.

The Royal Courtyard previously known as “The Royal Hotel” is situated in central town at 103 Main Street ,Matatiele next to the Pick N Pay Supermarket. It is close to shopping centres, banks, medical facilities & adjacent to the Magistrates Courts & Municipality Offices.

The older portion of the hotel was built in 1919 & the site is rich in history.

We are the largest establishment in the area and our client base includes national and provincial government departments, ngo’s, professionals, company representatives, construction contractors, church organisations.

We source our products internationally and use them in our own developments to test quality and reliability of these products.

Over the years we have imported and distributed various products ranging from electronic equipment to niche building and related fixtures and fittings.
